Mung bean (Vigna radiata L.) is a tropical grain legume that is widely grown in subtropical countries of South and Southeast Asia which is the best source of protein, vitamins, and minerals among other legumes. There are also antioxidants and plant compounds called phytochemicals that are beneficial for humans. Mung bean can be harvested within 90 days. Based on data from the ministry of agriculture, mung bean exports in 2020 amounted to 48,534 tons, a drastic increase of 37.01%
